Has anyone ever heard of the file "syjerm.sys?" I've found it in my Windows\system32\drivers directory and the Kaspersky Anti-Virus program has indicated that the file is infected with a Win32.genic virus. I've attempted to delete the file manually using a number of methods, but none of them has worked. Even Kaspersky is unable to delete the file. It says that it quarantines the file; but, after another bootup, Kaspersky finds the file infected again and quarantines it all over again. I'm wondering if anyone else has run across this file before. I've done a number of searches on the web and have found no relevant references to this file, including at most of the major anti-virus program makers' websites. Thanks in advance,rjr11 person needs an answerI do too
